Enfeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bu i\u015flem elbette steril ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir. Enjeksiyondan \u00f6nce g\u00f6z \u00e7evresinin tamam\u0131 dezenfekte edilerek iltihaplanmalar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">IVOM tedavisinin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 s\u00fcreci<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Bu tedavi genellikle \u201e\u0131slak makula dejenerasyonu\" olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan durumda uygulan\u0131r. Di\u011fer uygulama alanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u201cdiyabetik makula \u00f6demi\u201d, ven t\u0131kan\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 veya \u201cmiyopik koroidal neovask\u00fclarizasyon\u201d (CVN) say\u0131labilir. Ayr\u0131ca, IVOM tedavisi, CCS (korioretinopati centralis serosa) kapsam\u0131nda bir CNV geli\u015fti\u011finde de uygulan\u0131r. Hastal\u0131k kroniktir ve genellikle buna uygun olarak uzun vadeli bir tedavi gerektirir \u2013 \u00e7o\u011fu zaman y\u0131llar boyunca s\u00fcrer.<\/p>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Tedavinin ilk \u00fc\u00e7 ay\u0131nda her ay bir IVOM enjeksiyonu yap\u0131l\u0131r; bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n seyrini s\u00fcrekli ve \u00e7ok titiz bir \u015fekilde takip ederiz. Daha sonra IVOM enjeksiyonlar\u0131na devam edilmesi gerekirse, yeni bir tedavi plan\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131r ve enjeksiyonlar hastan\u0131n durumuna g\u00f6re gerekli aral\u0131klarla uygulan\u0131r. K\u0131sa bir \u00f6n muayene ve hijyenik ameliyat haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcze uyu\u015fturucu g\u00f6z damlas\u0131 damlat\u0131lacakt\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece g\u00f6z, genellikle neredeyse a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131z olan IVOM enjeksiyonuna iyi bir \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f olur. Ard\u0131ndan g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcze bir bandaj tak\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">Ameliyat sonras\u0131 nas\u0131l davranmal\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">IVOM enjeksiyonu ayakta tedavi kapsam\u0131nda oldu\u011fundan, i\u015flemden sonra ba\u015fka bir ki\u015finin e\u015fli\u011finde evinize geri g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fclebilirsiniz. L\u00fctfen tek ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131za araba kullanmay\u0131n\u0131z ve birinin sizi almas\u0131n\u0131 tercih ediniz. G\u00f6z bandaj\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 saat sonra \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131labilir. Hastalar\u0131m\u0131z, ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta bazen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerinin biraz bulan\u0131k oldu\u011funu bildiriyorlar. Bu normaldir ve endi\u015felenmenize gerek yoktur. Net g\u00f6rebilmeniz birka\u00e7 saat s\u00fcrebilir. IVOM enjeksiyonundan sonra a\u011fr\u0131 neredeyse hi\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fclmez. E\u011fer a\u011fr\u0131 hissederseniz, l\u00fctfen bizimle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7in.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">Bak\u0131m sonras\u0131<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">\u0130\u015flemden yakla\u015f\u0131k \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn sonra, takip muayenesi i\u00e7in muayenehanemizde tekrar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fece\u011fiz. G\u00f6z damlalar\u0131 ve di\u011fer ila\u00e7lar gibi, sizin durumunuza \u00f6zg\u00fc tedavi s\u00fcreciyle ilgili \u00f6nemli hususlar\u0131, bireysel bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fme s\u0131ras\u0131nda netle\u015ftirece\u011fiz. Genellikle son IVOM enjeksiyonundan yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rt hafta sonra ek takip kontrolleri yap\u0131lmas\u0131 tavsiye edilir. Tan\u0131, OCT ile konur ve bu s\u0131rada mak\u00fclan\u0131n durumu ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde incelenir.
