Die <strong>IVOM-Spritze<\/strong> kommt also dann zum Einsatz, wenn wir bestimmte Medikamente verabreichen. Unter lokaler Bet\u00e4ubung wird eine Kan\u00fcle minimalinvasiv \u2013 also mit kleinstm\u00f6glichem Aufwand und einem sehr kleinen Einstich \u2013 in den Glask\u00f6rper des Auges eingef\u00fchrt. Durch die Kan\u00fcle k\u00f6nnen wir dann das Medikament verabreichen. Bei chronischen Erkrankungen kann auch ein Implantat ins Auge eingesetzt werden, welches kontinuierlich medikament\u00f6sen Wirkstoff abgibt.<\/p>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Eine IVOM-Spritze wird ambulant bei uns in der Praxis verabreicht. Um Infektionen zu vermeiden, geschieht dies nat\u00fcrlich unter sterilen Bedingungen. Vor der Injektion wird der gesamte Augenbereich desinfiziert und so Entz\u00fcndungen vermieden.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">Der detaillierte Ablauf einer IVOM-Behandlung<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Die Behandlung kommt meist bei einer sogenannten feuchten Makuladegeneration zum Einsatz. Andere Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten sind das sogenannte diabetische Makula\u00f6dem, ein Venenverschluss oder auch eine \u201eMyope choroidale Neovaskularisation\" (CVN). Des Weiteren wird die IVOM-Behandlung bei der Entwicklung einer CNV im Rahmen einer CCS (choriorethinopatia centralis serosa) eingesetzt. Die Erkrankung ist chronisch und muss in der Regel entsprechend langfristig behandelt werden \u2013 oft \u00fcber Jahre hinweg.<\/p>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">In den ersten drei Monaten der Behandlung erfolgt jeweils monatlich eine IVOM-Spritze, w\u00e4hrend wir fortlaufend sehr gr\u00fcndlich den Krankheitsverlauf kontrollieren. Sind dann noch weitere Injektionen mit IVOM notwendig, wird ein weiterer Therapieplan erstellt und die Spritzen in den individuell notwendigen Intervallen verabreicht. Dabei ist ein Mindestabstand von vier Wochen zwischen den Behandlungen Pflicht.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">Vor der IVOM-Behandlung \u2013 das sollten Sie beachten<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Bitte erscheinen Sie zur Behandlung mit bequemer Kleidung und ohne Make-up. Nach einer kurzen Voruntersuchung und hygienischer OP-Vorbereitung bekommen Sie bet\u00e4ubende Augentropfen ins Auge getr\u00e4ufelt. Damit ist das Auge gut auf die IVOM-Injektion vorbereitet, die in der Regel nahezu schmerzfrei ist. Anschlie\u00dfend erhalten Sie einen Augenverband.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">So verhalten Sie sich nach der Operation<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Da es sich bei der IVOM-Spritze um eine ambulante Versorgung handelt, k\u00f6nnen Sie nach dem Eingriff unter Begleitung einer anderen Person wieder nach Hause gebracht werden. Wir bitten Sie, nicht alleine Auto zu fahren und sich lieber abholen zu lassen. Der Augenverband kann nach circa drei Stunden wieder entfernt werden. Patienten berichten, dass sie manchmal anfangs noch etwas verschwommen sehen. Das ist normal und kein Grund zur Sorge. Es kann einige Stunden dauern, bis Sie wieder klar sehen k\u00f6nnen. Schmerzen treten nach der IVOM-Injektion so gut wie nicht auf. Falls doch, melden Sie sich bitte bei uns.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"be-sc__block be-sc-rev\">\n      <h2 class=\"be-sc__h2\">\u00cengrijirea ulterioar\u0103<\/h2>\n      <p class=\"be-sc__text\">Circa drei Tage nach dem Eingriff sehen wir uns in unserer Praxis zur Nachuntersuchung wieder. Was f\u00fcr Ihren individuellen Krankheitsverlauf wichtig ist, wie zum Beispiel Augentropfen und weitere Medikamente, kl\u00e4ren wir in einem individuellen Gespr\u00e4ch. Weitere Verlaufskontrollen sind dann in der Regel circa vier Wochen nach der letzten IVOM-Injektion ratsam. Die Befundung erfolgt mittels OCT, wobei der Zustand der Makula gr\u00fcndlich \u00fcberpr\u00fcft wird. Besonders achten wir darauf, ob der Befund trocken ist oder ob noch Fl\u00fcssigkeitseinlagerungen vorhanden sind.
